Why are the prices on your website sometimes different to or "out of synch" with the prices on the merchant's websites?

Solution The merchants we work with supply us with data feeds containing lists of of the products they sell. The lists contain the names, quantities, descriptions and prices of the products they sell. Sometimes merchants update the prices on their websites before they supply us with an updated price list. This means that the prices we have on file can quickly become out of date. Other merchants sometimes supply us with a product feed in a currency denomination which we need to convert into a local currency for our members who may wish to import products from abroad. When this happens we may use a different exchange rate to the merchant and hence the retail prices quoted will vary slightly. However, you will always know the final price you will end up paying when you jump across to the merchant's website as the prices they quote are the ones you will pay, not those listed on our website (if there is a difference).
